At the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS we are always striving to offer timely and interesting continuing education courses to help you meet your state requirements. 

 

We do all we can to help you meet your requirements by offering live courses on a regular basis and we also bring you on-line classes you can take at your convenience.

Fall Evening 30 Hour Series Begins January 13

Evening classes are held at the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS, 14 Knollcrest Drive. Class time is 6-9 p.m. for evening classes. Fee is $30 for individual classes, or sign-up in advance for all 10 classes, CABR Members pay only $200.  Save $100!  There is still a discount for non-members, regular price is $400 - discounted price is $300!

The National Association of REALTORS has announced a brand new Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.  To help you earn this certification, the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS is offering the required class “Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Buyer’s Representatives Need to Know” on February 26th.  Below find the details about the course and how to earn the certification. 

For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures represent the new "traditional" real estate transaction. This one day six hour course is designed to help you evaluate all available options for distressed homeowners and identify the components of an effective short sale package. Take advantage of the reduced rate and gain a competitive edge with this ABRฎ one-day elective course.
